Sunglasses Display Case

This display case is for storing glasses and sunglasses. It was designed in collaboration with the client who had specific requirements in terms of both the number of pairs of glasses it needed to hold and the space it needed to fit into.

The piece was made of walnut and figured maple, and the base was lined with green felt. I used splines to strengthen the mitre joints and create an interesting visual contrast.
